YOUR WEBSITE STATISTICS
Our hosting software does not include the use of counters to track your website visitors.
The reason is simple: Counters look unprofessional and are inaccurate.
It is recommended that you use the visitor statistics found in your CPanel to see how many hits you're getting, where they're coming from, how long they remained on your site, what keywords they used to find you, etc.
Here's how to access visitor hits and site stats:
Step 1: Using your username and password, login into your control panel at www.accountsupport.com
Step 2: Look for the "Vistors Statistics" icon on the control panel and click it. The icon looks like this:
Step 3: Follow the instructions on the page.
If you still would like a visible hit counter on the front end of your website, there are several available throughout the web. [view this web page as an example: www.csshtmltutorial.com/csshtmltutorial-freewebsitehitcounters.php] Once you find one you would like to use, you will need to add/paste the provided HTML code to your home page. You will need HTML knowledge to do this. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, email us the HTML code provided by the commercial website to firstname.lastname@example.org asking us to add it for you.
