2006 WORKOUTS

The Keystone Blazers Basketball Club will be starting its basketball workouts at the Aspiring Champions Complex in King of Prussia, on February 2, 2006. There will be 8 two-hour workouts sessions. Included in these sessions will be the basketball skill set needed for you to improve your game. I will have several guest instructors including John Harnett, the basketball instructor to NBA players from Philadelphia area, he will attend at least three sessions. These workouts sessions are not for beginners, players who attend these sessions are expected to perform all drills at game speed.

The cost for the 8 sessions workout is $220. Don't get shutout we are only accepting the first 20 registered players.

The following drills will be included in the workouts:

Ball Handling, Shooting (Jump Shot and Step-Back), Lay-up (Right Hand and Left Hand), Rebounding, Blocking Out, Team Defense, Individual Defense (on-the-ball and off-the-ball), Team Offense, Individual Offense (with-the-ball and without-the-ball), Pivoting, Passing, Dribbling, One-On-One, Give and Go, Pick and Roll, Pick Away (Backdoor and Flex Cut), Scissors Cut (First Cutter and Second Cutter), Guard-around Cut, Shallow Cut, Cut Through (Deep Cut), and more!

Girls Clinics This Spring and Summer Hosted by the Keystone Blazers and Led by Clinics will be coached by Baldwin Varsity Coach and former U.S. National Team Jennie Hall
