All meats, with the exception of hamburgers and hot dogs, are slow cooked at low temperatures for long periods of time making them juicy and tender.
All meats are coated with a secret "dry rub" developed over the years through trial and error to add flavor and seal in the juice while cooking.
Usually no more than two slow cooked foods are allowed to be chosen in addition to the burgers and dogs due to cooking time and grill space.
